How to use the GLB Editor

  1. Drop a GLB (or glTF, OBJ, STL or PLY) onto the drop area.
  2. Use Pivot to feet, Turn 90° and Scale to height to fix the whole model.
  3. Click a part to move, rotate or scale it (W, E, R), recolor its materials or replace a texture.
  4. Hide or delete parts you do not need, then export the GLB.

Using it in your game

Drop the GLB into Godot or Unity: with the pivot at the feet and a real height in metres, it stands on the ground at the right size without extra offsets in the engine.

Frequently asked questions

What can I change in a GLB?

Move, rotate and scale the model or any part, put its pivot at the feet, scale it to a height, hide or delete parts, change material colors, roughness and metalness, replace or remove textures, and remove animations you do not need.

Does it keep animations and textures?

Yes. The GLB export keeps materials, textures, skinning and the animations still in the list. Hidden parts are left out of the export.

Can I open a .gltf file?

A .gltf that embeds its data opens fine. One that points to separate .bin or texture files cannot be opened on its own in the browser; export it as a single .glb first.

Is my model uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser and the model never leaves your device.
